To officially secure your place on this unforgettable trip, your deposit is split into two easy parts:
Step 1: The total deposit is $125 broken into 2 payments. Pay the First Half of Your Deposit – $75 here. Once this payment is received, you’ll be emailed a private link to pay the second half of your deposit.
Roommate Matching? Read This!
If you’re utilizing the roommate matching program, your Roommate Matching Fee must be paid up front when you pay the first half of your deposit. This ensures we can begin the matching process right away.
Step 2: Complete the Second Half of Your Deposit. Only after both halves are paid will your booking be fully confirmed and your spot officially reserved.

This nonrefundable deposit covers planning, research, administrative support, and ongoing assistance. It also grants you access to group Zoom meetings and private trip chats.
