This nonrefundable deposit covers planning, research, administrative support, and ongoing assistance. It also grants you access to group Zoom meetings and private trip chats.

⭐ Next Steps After Deposit:

Once your deposit is received, you will be sent a Credit Card Authorization Form to officially complete your booking.

 

⭐ Roommate Matching:

If you do not have a roommate, please add the Roommate Matching option to your cart at the time of purchase. This allows us to pair you with another traveler in a timely and organized manner. Please note: Your reservation may not be fully confirmed until a suitable roommate is secured.

 

⭐ Booking Confirmation:

💰 Payment Plan Details

 

Payment plans are highly recommended to make the process stress-free and to keep your reservation in good standing.

▪︎ Remaining balance is due in full by April 15, 2026.

  • This deposit covers resort accommodations, daily breakfast, and eight curated excursions for one individual in a double-occupancy room. The room will be shared with one other traveler.

  • If you do not have a roommate and would like to be paired with another guest, please be sure to add the Roommate Matching option to your cart at the time of booking. This ensures we can match you in a timely and organized manner.

The Roommate Matching Fee is a service provided to help travelers find a suitable roommate for a trip, ensuring both parties can enjoy shared accommodations at a lower cost without the stress of locating someone independently. The fee covers the administrative work involved in pairing compatible individuals based on preferences such as age, interests, and sleeping habits. This service fee is non-refundable and is subject to availability. Must be paid at the time of booking if you will be needing this service.​​
